After teaching one year in Royal City, Washington Butch and Dottie moved to Dillon, Montana where they spent the next 33 years. While in Dillon Butch was inducted into the wresting hall of fame for Beaverhead County High School, he had been nominated as National Wrestling Coach of the Year in 1991 and was awarded the Montana Traffic Educator of the Year in 1998.
