Sean Patrick Rogers

1963 - 2011

Sean Patrick Rogers passed away at his home in Dillon on April 11.

He was born July 1, 1963, to Elinor McKay and Kenneth M. Rogers in Utah. He had two siblings, a brother Jim and a sister Pat.

Sean moved to Lima with his mother and father in 1973. He graduated from Lima High School in 1981.

Over his lifetime, Sean worked for local businesses: Safeway, Beaverhead Bar and Supply, Grandma's Kitchen, Sparky's Garage, and several others. He also did odd jobs and errands for other businesses and individuals around Dillon.

Sean was fascinated with Star Trek. He enjoyed assembling and collecting many of the Star Trek models. If they were not available locally, he knew of other places to find just what he was looking for.

He enjoyed talking about the different models he assembled, and Sean always had a story to go along with the current one he was working on.

Sean was preceded in death by his parents, Elinor McKay Rogers on Nov. 12, 1988, and Kenneth M. Rogers on Oct. 16, 1997.

He is survived by his son P.J.
